should i rescue or harves the little sisters in Bioshock's

i just start playing Bioshock's and i just come to my first little sister and i was wornding if i should carry on to rescue the little sisters i see form now on or harves them to get more ADAM. or should i rescue like that laddy said i cant remeber her name
